ΑΝΕΞΑΡΤΗΤΟΙ ΠΑΝΑΘΗΝΑΙΚΟΙ
Το blog απευθύνεται αυστηρώςPublished on: 24.04.2012
From my preliminary task I have learnt many effects and there is loads of content that goes into making a music magazine where as making a student magazine such as in a music magazine you have to consider the audience more thoroughly, also you must incorporate advertisement that would help sell your product but in a student magazine you only need to advertise events and local information. I have made sure that the layout of my magazine is easy to read and easy on the eyes, not too bright and not too dull. I have also made sure that the images I took look professional and also the front page doesn't look too messy otherwise not many people would buy the product. I have chosen to incorporate other features that I researched into other DJ magazines and this makes it look really professional.
I have learnt how to use slide share and how to use it more effectively to upload my pictures onto the blog. I have learnt you have to spend time on the process to fully understand it and use it properly. I have been faced with some tough problems and i have solved them with help from other bloggers and my fellow colleagues. I asked for help when it was needed and chosen to incorporate all the advice that I was given to produce my Product. I have also learnt how to create a good impression on my front page which gives the audience an incite into what the magazine is about. I have done this by using new techniques that my colleagues have showed me. Many of the problems that I faced were small but even thought they were small they took up lots of time being solved.
I have made addressed my audiences by making the photos related to DJ's and the charts. I have made all the colours in the product catchy and more attractive. My research helped me to get the right colours because this was one of my main questions in my research. The research helped me a lot because I chose to ask not only chart followers but also people looking to become DJ's. My research also showed that all of the people interested in my magazine would want the magazine to be around £2, so i chose to make it £1.99 because most high street magazines that are very popular are around this amount. I made sure that the title that I chose was related to the topic and looked very professional on the page. For my main image I made sure both of my models were looking directly into the camera this will give the effect of the reader thinking that the magazine is just dedicated to them. Also both of my models were at the same level which gives the impression that both the DJ and the Follower are equal and both are normal people underneath. I chose to add speakers into the background to show and give the feeling of a club atmosphere. The final object I added into the foreground was the DJ product.
