有申裝中華電信 ADSL 現在可以退掉搭贈的市話 以節省一支市內電話的月租費


但要改掛到家裡的另外一支電話 且現在已經不用收改掛費用如果服務人員不知道 請當場撥中華電信客服電話 123 將情況告訴服務人員

如果家裡原本用的市內電話用戶 與 ADSL 電話用戶名稱不一樣(家裡電話是爸媽的名字 ADSL 是小孩的名字)
請先將市內電話用戶過戶到 ADSL 電話用戶 這樣才可改掛 並且繼續享有 ADSL 老客戶優惠
過戶要帶雙證件及印章 過戶不收手續費

如果家裡有有線電視 乾脆拿去退掉 改看 MOD
選用 89 元 然後用自選訂閱的頻道 會比套餐組合還要划算喔
不要被套餐組合騙了 裡面有些五成頻道你根本也不會看 用單點的會比較划算

ADSL市話退租 即起免付700元 部分用戶改掛仍收費 民怨：太扯了

爭 議許久的中華電信ADSL搭售市話案，中華電信昨表示，當初因申裝ADSL由中華電信贈送市話的用戶，若不需用該市話，即日起至6月底止，可改申請附掛至 家中原有市話，免收700元改附掛費，估計約70萬戶可受惠，取消一支市話，至少可月省 70至90元月租費。但不屬這類用戶，仍要收取ADSL更附掛500元以及HiNet設定費200元，引發各界譁然。

減少爭議

國家通訊傳播委員會（National Communications Commission，NCC）上月決議，中華電信應取消申租ADSL服務須同時申租市話服務的搭售規定，既有359萬附掛市話的ADSL用戶，可申請退租市話，中華電信不得拒絕。

NCC：不改善就開罰

但NCC決議後卻陸續接獲民眾投訴，指向中華電信申請ADSL附掛市話退租，卻被要求交數百元不等的退租費用，有投訴人形容：「當初強迫嫁娶，離婚時又被海撈一筆。」

為 減少爭議，中華電信昨表示，若當初申請ADSL中華電信有附贈市話的用戶，現要將ADSL附掛的市話改掛到家中另一支中華電信電話，這類用戶不用額外收退 租費，以現有市話月租約70至90元來看，用戶每年可省近千元費用。但不屬這類用戶，仍要收取ADSL更附掛500元以及HiNet設定費 200元，收費金額依用戶狀況有所不同。

NCC官員指當初被強制附掛市話，現退租附掛非中華電信市話者還要被收錢，太不合理，且NCC決議是根本不能附掛，中華電信做法不符NCC要求，春節後若再不改善，擬開罰，金額至少30萬元。

網友要串聯逼改進

消 保會消保官吳政學說，將請中華電信說明收退租費合理性。消基會通訊傳播委員會委員林宗男也說，NCC要求的是提供單純ADSL，不應再有更改附掛的費用。 民眾許先生說，中華電信的方案「太扯了」。曾抗議ADSL費用過高與頻寬太小的網友許文仁認為，要集合民眾的力量，形成一股龐大的力量，才能讓中華電信有 所改進。

Explore the Problem Steps Recorder in Windows 7
If you’ve ever worked a Help Desk and become extremely frustrated while trying to coax an end user into accurately describing the problem they are encountering, you are going to love a new tool in Microsoft Windows 7 called the Problem Steps Recorder. When started, this new tool will essentially record each and every step a user takes and document the entire operation in both screen captures and step-by-step details. When stopped, the Problem Steps Recorder will save the recorded information as a compiled HTML file and package it up in a ZIP file that the end user can then e-mail to the Help Desk.
In this issue of the Windows Vista and Windows 7 Report, I’ll introduce you to Windows 7’s Problem Steps Recorder.
Launching the tool
At this point in the beta, finding the Problem Steps Recorder is a bit tricky if you didn’t know that it existed as it really does not have a prominent access point. That may change as the UI matures a bit, but then again, it may remain hidden until needed-such as when a Help Desk tech tells the user to run it.
In any case, you can launch the Problem Steps Recorder in the beta by typing PSR in the Start menu’s Search box and pressing [Enter]. However, I also located it in the Control Panel by searching with the keyword “Problem”,

NOWS SBE 2
Dzisiaj wyczytałem na sieci, że pojawił się nowy NOWS SBE 2 czyli Novell Open Workgroup Suite Small Business Edition 2 - czyli jak to było napisane w notatce prasowej "Najprostszy Linux pod słońcem w zestawach oprogramowania Novella dla małych i średnich firm".
Oparty został na SUSE Linux Enterprise. Zrzut ekranu z tego jak mniej więcej wygląda NOWS SBE znajduje się tutaj:

W skład zestawu wchodzi m.in.:
- Novell Open Enterprise Server 2
- Novell GroupWise 7 PL
- SUSE Linux Enterprise Desktop 10 SP2 PL
- OpenOffice.

Myślę o zastąpieniu starych server'ów Novell'owych NOWS'em. Zobaczymy jaki będzie po zainstalowaniu i skonfigurowaniu.
