Monday, Monday
So today I had 1/2 a baguette with scrambled eggs and roasted tomatoes for breakfast, plus an apple juice: 450 calories. For lunch, I had some sushi. 350 caloires. And for dinner, I had a ready-made meal (chicken, veggies, rice) . 480 calories. And I went to the gym and did 30 minutes on the cross-trainer and 15 minutes on the tread-climber. So a good day, all in all.

Good news...
and more good news!

First and foremost, I must say that I can't believe I've let my shoulder bother me for the past 4 months or so without doing anything about it...because the ibuprofen is doing wonders! I got in the car this morning (hadn't even taken a dose since last night at dinner time) and usually one of the manuvers that is painful is holding open the car door...I held it open and nothing! No pain! I am kicking myself for not looking into home treatment before now! Hopefully, it will continue to heal and I can leave this little episode behind me!

Then, last night I did find the Jillian Michaels dvd on OnDemand. I watched it all the way through to get an idea of what I was up against. It didn't look too hard to me! I don't have any hand weights at the house so I went rummaging through the kitchen to find something I could use and came up with 2 jars of spaghetti sauce :) Nice little improv there! I headed for the livingroom and turned it on. Holy cow! That 20 minutes was no joke! My quads were screaming just by the end of the first circuit! With some moves, I couldn't even make it all the way through to the end of the set. For someone who has been fairly inactive for the past few months, this was a killer! I was sweating and huffin' and puffin'. But, I sure felt great when I got done! It was basically a 20 minute circuit training session where you do 3 minutes of strength training (doing multiple muscles groups at once), 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs...3 circuits. Whew! I'm already dreading doing it again tonight, but I know its going to make a big difference! And to think...that was only level 1 of 3...

Lastly, I haven't been sleeping or eating that well since my whole upset in my personal life and I am proud to say that I may have actally got my whole 7 hours in last night! Yeah! Of course, I still feel exhausted, but I figure this means I'm starting to move back in the right direction! I'll probably try to take a nap after work since I'll be up late for New Year's tonight. And on that note, Happy New Year to everyone and see ya on the other side!

Well, it's been a rough go lately. I am totaly off track, and I've been eating for all of the wrong reasons. I have been super stressed, and I think my depression is back full force. I tried to battle it on my own but I can't. I am back on meds and I will try taking them at night so that I am not zombie like, hopefully. I have always wanted to be a mom, and it's killing me that I can not be the mom that I had pictured in my head. Kind, caring and patient. I show arianna so much love during the day but I feel like I am lacking in patience.

I am working on correcting the things in my life that need fixing, and being the best person that I can be. I need to lose this weight for me and for Arianna.

I always binge when I am feeling like this, and I had planned on buying some cake or pastry at the gas station today, and eating it in the car on the way home without anyone knowing. when I was in there, I looked at all of the muffins and carrot cake and squares and I left with none. I am proud of myself for that small victory, and I hope in the days to come there are many more.

I am back on track tomorrow.

Para estragar o dia bem cedo: Banco Itaú
Sim, agora é hora de falar mal do banco Itaú, que só perdia nas taxas mais altas pra ele mesmo: Itaú Personnalité (agora junto com o Unibanco, ele tem a três tarifas mais caras do mercado: Itaú Personnalité, Itaú e Unibanco).
Então, hoje acordei bem cedo com vontade de comer maçã e mandar pro espaço meu dia de semi fasting. Passei no banco pra fazer um saque e pra minha (quase) surpresa, minha conta está bloqueada!!! O FILHO DA PUTA, PIRRACENTO, MIMADO, PAU NO CÚ, INCOMPETENTE do gerente bloqueou minha conta sem aviso prévio de pura pirraça!!! Nem dá pra acreditar que um cara que seja gerente de um banco consiga fazer uma palhaçada dessas, mas hoje eu comprovei que consegue sim!
O motivo do bloqueio foi que o banco colocou meu cartão de crédito para debitar na conta do cliente errado!!! E eu bem tranquila achando que estavam debitando direto na minha conta (e eu tenho que revisar meus extratos, porque segundo as minhas contas, foi debitado sim na minha conta corrente também, inclusive eu paguei uma fatura no caixa eletrônico e continuam me cobrando esta)...
Então estava eu tranquila, com as contas fechando mais ou menos em dia, quando me liga o gerente do Itaú, dizendo que "algum funcionário por engano," colocou meu cartão de crédito parar debitar na conta de outro cliente e me pediu parar fazer um depósito no valor das duas faturas (uma, inclusive, eu tinha acabado de pagar) (!!!) na conta do cliente lesado. Foi muita cara de pau dele, ele ter feito a cagada e ter me mandado depositar na conta do outro cliente. Ah, ele queria este depósito pra ontem!!! De maneira alguma que eu iria me arrastar até um banco pra consertar cagada que o próprio banco fez. Falei com ele que eu pagaria as faturas, mas eu não aceitava pagar juros porque eu estava crente que estava sendo debitado na minha conta. Mas tinha um detalhe: para pagar as faturas eu teria que receber primeiro, que no caso, seria hoje.
Então, quando eu estava em Porto Alegre, esse PAU NO CÚ PIRRACENTO me ligou umas trocentas vezes, que eu obviamente não atendi porque eu não iria pagar roaming pra consertar cagada do banco. Então hoje eu fui sacar dinheiro parar comprar a maçã e me deparo com a mensagem: conta bloqueada para movimentações. Fale com seu gerente.
Não dá pra acreditar que um homem adulto fez uma criancice dessas! Bloqueou minha conta porque eu não quis atender o telefone!!!
Foi uma pena eu ter passado no banco para tirar o dinheiro, porque se eu tivesse descoberto que minha conta foi bloqueada, sem aviso prévio, tentando passar uma compra no cartão, ainda cabia uma indenização por danos morais.
Enfim, eu tinha R$10,00 acabei comprando uma coca zero e uma carteira de carlton, me sobraram R$3,10 (que é para o cigarro de amanhã). Tô morrendo de fome, mas sem vontade alguma de comer. Então o semi fasting de hoje, eu agradeço ao banco Itaú, que além de ter as tarifas mais caras, ainda conta com os gerentes mais incompetentes. Sem falar que agora eu vou ter que conferir todos os meus extratos pra ver se também não andaram debitando em minha conta coisas de outros clientes, já que isso não é a primeira vez que acontece.
Edit: Acabei de dar queixa na ouvidoria no Itaú. Acho que não vai dar em nada, mas pelo menos uma comida de rabo esse idiota vai levar.
